Antigua Bodega Stagnari adds two summer products to its traditional line Del Pedregal
The winery in Santos Lugares awaits the arrival of the summer season with a red wine -an assemblage of Sangiovese and Cabernet Franc- young, fresh and fruity; and a rosé wine -same proportions of Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon- fruity and very nice to palate.

Del Pedregal Estival Sangiovese - Cabernet Franc

Varieties: 80% Sangiovese - 20% Cabernet Franc

Production: 70 hl/ha

Tasting Notes: - This variety, typical of Tuscany in Italy, is combined in the ellaboration of the Chianti and Brunello di Montalcino wines, among other recognized Italian denominations of origin.
- Its name, from Etruscan origin, means Sangui Jovis, this is to say, Jupiter's blood.
- Young wine, fresh and fruity.
- Its aroma mixes cranberry, plums, strawberries, black fruits, orange peeling and violets, typical of this variety.
- Medium to light body and moderate acidity. Its tannins are smooth and velvety, with an elegant and fruity end of mouth.
- Ideal to drink fresh in spring and summer.

Vinification:
- Collected by hand, careful selection of clusters.
- Vinification by plot.
- Maceration: 7 days.
- Fermentation: malolactic.
- Fermentation temperature: 75°F

Best drinking temperature: 59/61 °F

Del Pedregal Rosé Cabernet Franc - Cabernet Sauvignon

Varieties: 50% Cabernet Franc - 50% Cabernet Sauvignon

Production: 70 hl/ha

Tasting Notes:
- Brilliant and attractive colour.
- Fruity nose with reminiscences of strawberries and cherries.
- Balanced acidity.
- In the mouth, persistent and delicate, with unctuous body very pleasant to all the palate.

Vinification:
- Collected by hand, careful selection of clusters.
- Vinification by plot.
- Pre-fermentative Maceration: 12 hours.
- Fermentation temperature: 64°F

Best drinking temperature: 54/57 °F
