This varietal has been one of the most successful products of the winery and in earlier editions received not only accolades from connoisseurs but also recognition in its place of origin: Galicia, as a result of which the production was soon sold out. As previously announced, to accompany the product excellence, Bouza acquired a bottle imported from France with fine shape and, for the second year, Stelvin Lux screw cap closure.

Sélections Mondiales des Vins. This is one of the oldest and most important wine competitions in the world. It was created in 1983, and it is organized by Société des Alcohols du Québec.
...Tannat is wonderful with lamb and richly-marbled red meats. Lean red meats taste better with Merlot, Shiraz or Pinot Noir, because the fruitiness of these wines makes up for the lack of richness in the fat.
